Troubleshooting Strategies

 

 

1. Have a "Geek Squad" of students. Meet as a club and have them as IT support for teachers. (Beverley's idea)

2. In addition to Beverley's idea, I'd like to combine it with mine and have students be designated IT support for their class as well. It could work on a rotating basis, but it would also be supported by the library.

3. Beverley also mentioned a kind of mentorship program for older students to teach younger students. That sounds like a great idea that could be facilitated by the library.
